Affiliate Policy

  1. This policy regulates the relationship between 95gameshop.com ( below store ) and affiliate partners.
  2. Online store is wholly owned by 95gameshop Limited, incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong, having its place of business at Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367 - 375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
  3. We reserve the right to edit/change/delete this policy without any notification to affiliate partners.
  4. Affiliate partner is any person who distributes the offers from the store by any available methods for the reward.
  5. To become an affiliate partner, user of the store should finish affiliate registration.
  6. Check what stands for being user in our Terms and Conditions.
  7. Affiliate program is the system of distributing unique discount codes by any participants.
  8. Affiliate partner will be rewarded for any order made by new customer at our store with discount code of the affiliate partner applied.
  9. Check what stands for being customer in our Terms and Conditions.
  10. New customer is the customer who did not make any orders at our store.
  11. During affiliate registration, user will be required to create his unique discount code which will be distributed by him.
  12. User can pick anything as the discount code he wants to distribute as long as: discount code is unique and does not belongs to any other affiliate partner; discount code is not longer then 20 symbols.
  13. Affiliate partner is free to distribute his discount code by any method he wants to.
  14. Affiliate partner can change his discount code in affiliate settings of the store whenever he wants. New discount code should be in accordance with the rules described in p.12 of this policy.
  15. Each discount code provides a discount for the new customer and reward for the affiliate partner.
  16. The store provides 13% OFF from the order. User is free to allocate the discount size for the customer and reward for himself from this 13% on the affiliate registration.
  17. Affiliate partner can reallocate the discount size for the customer and reward for himself at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  18. Maximum size of the discount is 12% from the order.
  19. Minimum size of the discount is 1% from the order.
  20. Maximum size of the reward is 12% from the order.
  21. Minimum size of the reward is 1% from the order.
  22. During the affiliate registration user should select the currency in which all rewards will be counted and payed by the store.
  23. Affiliate partner can change preferable currency at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  24. Affiliate partner can see how much clients used his affiliate link or applied his discount code in the cart at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  25. Affiliate link means any link to our store with discount code in parameters. When the customer went through this link, the store applies the discount code from the link.
  26. Affiliate partner can see how much orders were made with his discount code at any time in affiliate settings of the store.
  27. The reward from the order made with discount code will be put on hold for 7 days.
  28. The store reserve the right to edit all rewards in case of technical issues, fraudulent or miscalculations.
  29. Affiliate partner can see all reward money on hold at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  30. After 7 days from order was successfully delivered to the customer, affiliate partner can make a payout order of his reward.
  31. Payout order means the order from the affiliate partner to the store. Where affiliate partner provides the sum of payment and preferable payment method.
  32. All payout orders will be done by the store on the next working day from the day when payout order was made by the customer. In some cases it can take up to 4 working days.
  33. If affiliate partner made the wrong payout order the store will cancel it and contact with the affiliate partner by email, providing the details why the payout order was canceled. 
  34. Affiliate partner can make payout order with next payout methods: Game Keys, PayPal or Bank Account.
  35. In case when the preferable payment method for the payout order is Game Keys, the affiliate partner will receive the discount code on sum of payout order by email. 
  36. In case when the preferable payment method for the payout order is PayPal, the sum of the payout order should be not les then 10 USD or equivalent in preferable  by affiliate partner currency. 
  37. In case when the preferable payment method for the payout order is PayPal, affiliate partner should provide address of his PayPal account in affiliate settings of the store.
  38. Affiliate partner can change the address of his PayPal account at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  39. In case when the preferable payment method for the payout order is Bank Account, the sum of the payout order should be not les then 50 USD or equivalent in preferable by affiliate partner currency.
  40. In case when the preferable payment method for the payout order is Bank Account, affiliate partner should provide his Bank Account details in affiliate settings of the store.
  41. Bank Account details are: country to which bank account belongs to; bank name; SWIFT or BIC code; full name of the bank account owner; bank account number; 
  42. Affiliate partner can change his bank account details at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  43. Bank Account details and address of PayPal account are classified by the store as additional data of the affiliate partner and will be collected by the store to improve the usage of the website to exact affiliate partner.
  44. The additional data of the affiliate partner as well as any other data from affiliate partner/user/customer will never be sold or transferred to 3d party. 
  45. Affiliate partner can see the full sum of the reward received as affiliate partner at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  46. Affiliate partner can see the full sum of the reward withdrew as affiliate partner at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  47. Affiliate partner can see the full sum of the reward available for payout at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  48. Affiliate partner can see the full sum of the reward on hold at anytime in affiliate settings of the store.
  49. Affiliate partner can see the full history of the orders made with his discount code.
  50. Data available for each order made with discount code of the affiliate partner are: order number, date when the order was made, titles and quantity for all items in the order,  sum of the order, reward received from the order. 
  51. The store reserves the right to cancel any affiliate partner account at any time, due to security reasons.
