WB Games technical support is actively answering players' questions about the future Hogwarts Legacy. And, while on most topics staff can't provide any new information, a number of responses clear up the players' perspective.
For example, related to cross-platform play. As the developers have clarified, we will not be able to transfer saves between PC, Xbox and PlayStation, and also, in the future, Nintendo Switch. The created character will remain on "their" platform, although accounts can be linked for rewards and achievements.
However, the creators of the game have provided four separate save slots, so that owners of all platforms can play them in parallel. This, in particular, will make it possible to get acquainted with the realities of all four faculties.
Each slot will have space for five automatic saves. In addition, players will be able to create ten different saves manually.
In addition, the Performance and Quality graphics modes are confirmed, emphasizing quality and performance. It is not yet known whether their list will be expanded by the release. But the developers have not yet provided for online modes. But, if the interest of the players is high, they may consider this opportunity.
Hogwarts Legacyreleases February 10 for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. In April, versions for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will be released, and in July the game will reach the Nintendo Switch.
