The creators of the Dead Space remake recently presented a trailer about the features of the project's settings and talked about the possibility of censoring individual scenes.
Two options have been added to the game, one of which issues a warning before especially brutal sketches, and the second completely hides them visually from the player - while he still hears the audio of a particular situation.
The creators noted that the basis of the project is still gloomy horror, so such scenes most often affect violent episodes with people - no one plans to hide collisions with necromorphs. True, on the network, for many users, the presence of such options in such a project seemed simply inappropriate.
In addition, the game will have all sorts of settings, including options for people with disabilities. It will be possible to turn on voice acting to navigate the menu, switch controls, activate aiming assistance, and so on.
The interface on the screen will also be optional, and the camera will be allowed to turn off various effects such as shaking. The size, color and other parameters of subtitles also change.
