The recent story trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor seems to have confirmed one of the fan theories regarding the mysterious hero from the game's first trailer.
In that video, Cal Kestis released a mysterious character from a bacta chamber - it seems that this hero turned out to be a Jedi from the period of the Rise of the Republic, who addresses the protagonist in the new trailer.
The confirmation of the theory is hinted at by the robe of a nameless Jedi with the symbol of that era, as well as a lightsaber created according to models of past years. Apparently, the character was extremely upset with what the galaxy had become during his absence.
The Rise of the Republic era itself takes place about 200 years before the events of the first episode of the saga, when the Jedi were in their prime and built a base on a large space station. However, a series of different threats from different parts of the galaxy upset this peaceful balance.
It is expected that around the same time period, the action of the game in the universe from the Quantic Dream studio will unfold. At the same time, the release of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor itself will take place on April 28 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
