The first Hogwarts Legacy user ratings appeared on Metacritic. At the moment, the total score is positive, but everything can change after feedback from activists.
The most criticized version of the PC-version, which received 8.5 points - all because of problems with optimization. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X console versions have a score of 9.1.
You can already see dozens of negative reviews. The game is accused of promoting hatred and supporting JK Rowling, who stated that there are only two genders in the world. More specific opinions are expressed about the outdated graphics of the year before last, boring quests, poor facial animation and terrible technical support for the game.
Previously, the project was available only to owners of the extended edition, but today everyone who bought the game on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series will be able to play. Versions for the previous generation of consoles will be delayed until April, and Switch players will have to wait until June.
