In early 2021, Bethesda announced an Indiana Jones game. The project was entrusted to the MachineGames studio, known for Wolfenstein: The New Order and Wolfenstein: The New Colossus. And assistance in the development came from Lucasfilm Games and Todd Howard himself.
We haven't heard much about the game itself since then, but Tech4Gamers came across some promising information. The LinkedIn profile of a concept artist contracted by MachineGames does not mention the project, but projects in the Indiana Jones universe.
It is possible that the creators of the dedication of the cult film series really planned several games at once based on the famous franchise. And since Todd Howard has previously stated that Indiana Jones is a mixture of different genres, new projects can be not only familiar adventures.
Recall that the latest game about a brave explorer, historian and archaeologist, part-time officer of two intelligence services, remains LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, released in 2009.
