The release of the remake of Resident Evil 4 had a positive impact on the financial performance of Capcom - stocks companies hit a record high.
At the peak of growth, the price was 4,865 yen per share (more than 36 dollars), after which it dropped slightly to 4,850 yen. At the same time, in this direction, Capcom has generally seen stable growth over the past couple of years - all thanks to a number of successful games.
One of the “starting” examples of this new era was the seventh part of the same Resident Evil in 2017, and before that, things were not going well for Capcom. In addition, the release of Monster Hunter: World helped a lot.
Among other "victories" of the company were: remakes of Resident Evil 2 and 3, Monster Hunter: Rise, Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil Village.
